Steve has 30 years of experience in real estate sales and valuations. He has been appraising real estate since 1989 and is licensed as a certified general appraiser. He has also been a licensed broker in Wisconsin since 1993. Steve holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, as well as the CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute, putting him among the most distinguished professionals in the fields of both commercial real estate appraisal and sales. Steve has served on the board and held the highest leadership positions with the Wisconsin Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and has also served on a number of national committees. The relationships that Steve has built with numerous lenders, buyers and sellers throughout Wisconsin and beyond are a great asset that will help you connect with the right buyer or seller and get your deal closed.
RYAN GIERYN, MAI, AI-GRS
Ryan has 20 years of experience in the analysis and valuation of commercial real estate. He is licensed as a certified general appraiser and holds both the MAI and AI-GRS designation from the Appraisal Institute, reflecting his proficiency in the fields of both commercial real estate appraisal and appraisal review. Ryan has served on the board and held the highest leadership positions with the Wisconsin Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and has also been on several national committees. He has also served as an elected board member of the West Bend School Board and has sat on the boards of several other local service organizations and charitable foundations.
BrAD PETZOLD, MAI
Brad has 20 years of experience in the analysis and valuation of commercial real estate throughout a variety of markets across the country. He is licensed as a certified general appraiser and holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. His focus on prompt communication with those he serves makes working with him a pleasant experience. Brad's attention to detail in the analysis of your property will make sure you are getting the best price possible and will help secure the appropriate financing, as needed.
