Steve Stiloski has been a Wisconsin appraiser since 1989 and has been owner of Commercial Property Consultants since 1995. His appraisal assignments have included numerous income-producing properties, partial acquisitions, and other significant and complex assignments. He has appraised a wide variety of property types from individual homes to regional shopping centers and master-planned communities. His current work focuses on difficult and complex valuation and consulting assignments, along with litigation support. Mr. Stiloski has deposition and trial testimony experience as well as experience appraising undivided and limited partnership interests, and LLC interests. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics and a Master of Science in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mr. Stiloski has had numerous teaching and speaking engagements involving a wide range of real estate appraisal topics. Mr. Stiloski also has had real estate sales, development, and work-out experience.

Ryan A. Gieryn has been in the commercial real estate appraisal industry since 2003 when he began his career with Commercial Property Consultants. Mr. Gieryn has worked with various forms of typical to complex properties, both existing and proposed. Properties types appraised include: industrial; retail; office; vacant land; multifamily; convenience stores; golf courses; and, single-family and multifamily residential developments. Along with performing his duties as a commercial real estate appraiser, Mr. Gieryn served on the board of the Wisconsin Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is a dually designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI, AI-GRS). In 2007, 2008, and 2009 Mr. Gieryn served as the Wisconsin delegate to the Appraisal Institute’s annual Leadership Development Advisory Council (LDAC). In 2017 Mr. Gieryn served as the National Nominating Member for Region III of the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Gieryn has also served as an elected board member of the West Bend School Board and also sits on the boards of several other local service organizations and charitable foundations.

Brad Petzold began appraising commercial real estate in 2003 and has worked in several major markets throughout the United States before joining Commercial Property Consultants in 2013. Mr. Petzold has experience appraising a wide variety of commercial property types including retail, restaurants, hotels, office, industrial, religious and educational facilities, car washes, automotive dealerships, multifamily residential, and single-family residential development properties as well as those properties with a greater degree of complexity such as going concern valuation, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, gravel pits/quarries, cheese creameries, landfills, solar farms, sod farms, and sandwich leasehold estates.
